Nova Arc

Nova Arc is the solo project of Berlin-based composer and sound designer Kai Herrmann. With a background in scoring independent cinema and contemporary dance, Kai brings a narrative sensibility to every composition. Each Nova Arc album is conceived as a soundtrack to an imagined film, complete with dramatic arcs, recurring motifs, and a meticulous attention to sonic detail that rewards repeated listening. Their forthcoming Project Lyra debut promises to be their most ambitious work yet, a double album inspired by the lifecycle of stars.
