Solene

Solene began her musical journey at age four, studying classical piano at the Conservatoire de Lyon before pursuing a degree in electronic music composition in Berlin. This dual education informs her singular sound: meticulously notated piano figures intertwined with subtle granular synthesis and tape hiss. Her music has been described as 'the sound of memory dissolving.' Her Project Lyra debut 'Lumen' is a six-movement suite inspired by the play of light through cathedral glass, each piece a meditation on impermanence and the beauty found in fleeting moments.
